Vetrarnótt Anybody that contacted with Lisa Gerrard's first two solo albums back in the day, will get one of the main influences floating around this Todesfuge EP. The persistent ambient tone and the ominous and tormented vocals are a proof that DCD legacy is still being (well) reinvented. Todesfuge is darkness and dwells in utter sadness and nostalgia. In terms of music it sits in a comfortable dark ambient baseline, with some ethnic elements haunting the landscape. Favorite track: Rose Resistance.

about

(ENG) The desert sings. It's the same sand touched a thousand years ago, increasingly hotter and tired, yet still there, blinding us when the storm starts.

(SPA) El desierto canta. Es la misma arena que alguien tocó hace miles de años, cada vez más caliente y cansada, pero sigue ahí, cegándonos cuando empieza la tormenta.
